Stop Paying for AI Courses — These 5 Free Videos Teach You More
Skip the $500 course. These 5 free videos take you from AI beginner to confident user in just over an hour.
The exact videos from my latest video, in the order I'd watch them. Everything you need to go from "what is AI" to using it like a pro, for $0.
People are out here dropping $500 on AI courses that teach you less than what's already sitting on YouTube for free.
I'm not exaggerating. The five videos below cover everything those courses promise: what AI actually is, which tools to use, how to work them into your daily life, and where all of this is heading. Total runtime? About 76 minutes. Less than a single module of the course you almost bought.
I've put them in the order I'd actually watch them, from "complete beginner" to "okay, I get the big picture now." Work straight down the list. Click any title or thumbnail to watch.
1. AI Tools EXPLAINED: How to Use Them? (2026 Guide for Beginners)
Level: Complete beginner · Time: 19:19
Start here. This is the map. It walks through the AI tools that actually matter right now, what each one is for, and how to use them without drowning in jargon. If you've been putting off "learning AI" because you don't know which tool to even open first, this video ends that excuse in under 20 minutes.
2. Claude AI Tutorial for Beginners (Step-by-Step)
Level: Beginner · Time: 8:37
Now pick one tool and get your hands dirty. This step-by-step Claude walkthrough is the fastest way to go from watching to doing — you'll be having real conversations with AI and getting real work out of it before the video ends. Eight minutes. That's it. (And yes, Claude is my daily driver, so I'm biased — but it's also just that good for beginners.)
3. AI Agents, Clearly Explained
Level: Beginner → Intermediate · Time: 10:09
"Agents" is the word everyone throws around and almost nobody explains. Jeff Su fixes that in ten minutes — what an agent actually is, how it's different from a chatbot, and why it's the thing every company is racing to build. 4.6M people have watched this one for a reason. After this, tech Twitter suddenly makes sense.
4. 101 Ways To Use AI In Your Daily Life
Level: All levels · Time: 14:26
This is where it stops being theory. Tina Huang runs through 101 real ways to put AI to work in your everyday life — the kind of list where you'll pause the video five times to go try something. You won't use all 101. You only need three or four to feel the difference, and you'll find them here.
5. How to Win With AI in 2026
Level: Big picture · Time: 24:19
Finish with the zoomed-out view. Alex Hormozi breaks down where AI is headed and — more importantly — how to position yourself so it works for you instead of around you. This is the "okay, now what do I do with all this" video. Watch it last, when the tools and concepts have clicked, and it hits completely differently.
How to use this list
Watch #1 to get the map, then #2 to actually touch a tool. #3 gives you the vocabulary everyone's using, #4 turns it into daily habits, and #5 shows you where the whole thing is going. All five run just over an hour combined — one sitting, or one video a day for a week.
You don't need a course. You don't need a certificate. You need an hour and the willingness to pause, try things, and come back.
